One of my favorite parts of dining at STK is the atmosphere.

What We Ordered

Appetizers:

Classic Caesar Salad: The salad was simple but delicious. It wasn't overdressed, which I appreciated, and it was the perfect way to start the meal.

Lil BRGS: These are one of my favorite appetizers, and I always make sure to order them. The burgers are cooked perfectly every time, juicy and flavorful without being dry.

Complimentary Bread: The bread was topped with blue cheese and garlic butter, making it absolutely irresistible. It was light, fluffy, and so good that I had to stop myself from asking for another loaf. As a huge bread lover, this easily ranks among my all-time favorites

Entrees

Filets (60z): We ordered the filets medium rare, and they were cooked perfectly. The steaks were tender, juicy, and finished with a nice char on the outside that added great flavor.

Mac and Cheese: This mac and cheese was cooked to perfection, with a crispy golden topping that added the perfect texture. It was rich, creamy, and everything you'd want in a cheesy side dish.

Truffle Fries: These fries! Just like bread, I'm a sucker for fries and I genuinely can't stop thinking about these ones. They arrived hot and crispy with just the right amount of truffle seasoning. They're an absolute must-order side and one of my favorites on the menu.

Desserts

Banana bread pudding: The banana bread pudding had a light banana flavor and wasn't overly sweet, which I loved. It's a great option if you're looking for a dessert that's satisfying without being too heavy.

Flourless chocolate cake: This was my favorite of the two desserts. It was perfectly sweet and rich without being overwhelming. The chocolate flavor really shined through, and it satisfied my sweet tooth.

Drinks

To complete the experience, we ordered one of STK's featured cocktails.

While drinks aren't included with the prix fixe menu, the discounted pricing makes it easy to enjoy a cocktail without dramatically increasing your overall bill. If you're celebrating a special occasion, I'd definitely recommend adding one.

Once you factor in tax and gratuity, you can expect to spend around $100 per person if you order a cocktail. If you skip the alcohol, you'll stay below that before tax and tip. For an upscale steakhouse located on the Las Vegas Strip, I think this is an excellent value. You get a three-course meal, a lively atmosphere, and a dining experience that feels much more expensive than the final bill suggests.
